Angela worked tirelessly trying to short sell my house. I knew she was great because she had successfully completed a short sale on my wife’s house in just a month! She is very professional, friendly, meticulous, and a hard worker. She had a buyer for my house within the first week, but unfortunately, my ex-wife wouldn’t sign a quitclaim deed. After working on my house for two years, we couldn’t finalize the deal! I feel so bad for Angela because she worked so hard on it, and now it’s going into foreclosure.
Today, I got the foreclosure notice and couldn’t reach my lawyer because his office was closed. So I contacted Angela, sent her the court papers, and thought I might have to fly out to Orlando in two days. She got my text and pictures of the documents, reassured me that my lawyer was copied on it, and even texted him. He told her that everything was already taken care of. I know I’m going on and on, but Angela went out of her way to help me so many times, even though she didn’t make any money on my house after two years of effort. She was still willing to help! Thank you so much, Angela! I’m going to sleep much better tonight because of your kindness and support! 🙂
